Shipping policy

- Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
- International – we do not ship any product outside of Canada at this time.
Shipping - item availability
- For in-stock items, your order will ship within 1-2 business days.
- On the rare occasion, when we are unable to fill an order, we will let you know by email or phone. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued on your credit card.
Returns & Exchanges - ALL TAGS MUST ACCOMPANY THE PRODUCT
For a return or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within ten business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received defective merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
Exchanges and returns must be started within 30 days of the original receipt.
